The most common box style out of all. The flaps of the box are of the same length from the score to the edge. Frequently used for shipping small items of all kinds.
Corrugated Trays
Used mainly for holding other items in it, corrugated trays are useful when the product visibility is top priority. Very frequently used in food and beverages industry.
Die Cut Custom
These are customized boxes, developed as per the requirement of the customer. Mainly developed for a unique fap design with locking system or partitions and fixtures.
Half Slotted Containers
Half slotted containers are similar to RSC (Regular slotted containers) except they only have flaps only on one end and not the other. This type of container is open on one end which allows it to slide over the item that needs to ben packed.
Full Over Lap
Also known as meeting flap design, the outer flaps for the box are full length (As wide as the box). The extra long flaps makes the box stronger and protects while handling.
Corrugated Sheet / Liners
Corrugated board is made out of fluted sheet between 2 liner boards. Often used as partitions and dividers.
Top-Bottom Tray & Ring Type Boxes
Frequently used for bulky yet fragile cargo. The container is in 3 pieces: Top & bottom tray and the ring type walls without any flaps.
